道頓堀の大阪松竹座の地下にあるお店。
前々から松竹座の前を通る度に中に入ってる店はなんだろうと見てはいたが、当店はやはり価格帯などの理由もあってスルーしてた。隣に強過ぎる牛肉のお店があるというのもあるが。
それが現在(2020年8月30日)、コロナ禍などの影響もあるのか、コースメニューが半額だというではないか。
さらに会計が5000円以上で、神戸牛を含む兵庫県の牛肉を食べたら1000円キャッシュバックという。
これで障害の壁が低くなったことによって、この機会に訪れることになった。
本来は5800円のステーキコースを注文。通常、ステーキは赤身だが、追加料金でさらにグレードアップも可能。
ウエルカムドリンクとしてオレンジジュース。お酒は飲めないので……。
前菜はワンスプーンのサーロインステーキ。上にはキャビアも乗せられている。
少量だが、神戸牛のとろけるような肉質を体感できる。
続いてサラダ。そこにもステーキが薄く、ローストビーフのように添えられている。
そしてメインのステーキ。今回、赤身を一段階アップさせている。
赤身とは言え、神戸牛としてのポテンシャルは十分だ。
添え物の野菜も手が込んでいる。
最後にコーヒーで人心地ついてコースの全て。
限定とはいえ2900円は安すぎる感じがした。これが今だけ、9月30日までだ。
5800円として見ても、一通り神戸牛の料理は楽しめるし、満足できる。
おみやとして買った、牛肉と昆布のお惣菜も美味しく味わっています。
