Huge disappointment, definitely a tourist trap we fell for unfortunately. Walked into an empty restaurant, albeit was a Monday night. Ambience was off, dish ware and decor was cheap - wooden takeout chopsticks were given. There was a sign asking for Google Reviews in exchange for a free dish - another bad sign. Service was ok, somewhat strange - staff kept going off to the side, talking and staring at us. Wasn’t super accommodating or knowledgeable about the food as well.
We ordered two Kobe steaks each with the rice set and sushi set. The steaks were high quality and tasted good - everything else mediocre at best. Overpriced for what we received, the service left a bad taste in our mouths - when paying such a high price, you’d expect exceptional service and a quality dining experience.
