This was an extraordinary experience. Since we arrived, we got a full explanation on the Kobe beef we were going to have, which apparently is only available in this region! Our chef, Takemoto-san, is a master, and he crafted one of the best meals I have ever had. If you are in Kobe, do not miss out on Kisho-kichi’s prime wagyu beef!
