I pop up without reservation around 2pm and they serve me, which I think this time is easy to get seat. Matsuda-san was my chef who cooled my kobe beef at the counter as I chose teppanyaki. I had the premium sirloin kobe beef with chef Matsuda cooked live. The kobe beef steak is melting in the mouth, worth the experience. Thank you.
