(Translated by Google) There is another shop downstairs, and a high-end Wagyu Teppanyaki restaurant on the second floor.
The chef serving today is Mitsuda. His English is very good and he can fluently explain each meal and its origin. Interestingly, his grandfather is also Taiwanese and has some roots.
A portion of 3.8oz wagyu beef can be divided into approximately 5 pieces. This time we ordered two 3.8oz wagyu beef portions. One was the special recommendation and the other was Kobe beef naked. Both were wagyu. The first one can only be eaten here. It was also very, very delicious. It was really exaggerated and melted in your mouth.
Wagyu beef can also be paired with a set, with salad, rice and soup, which is very filling.
Mitsuda speaks very interestingly, speaks good English, and cooperates with taking photos. We will come again next time!
Very nice 😎
