I recently dined at [Kobe Beef Kisshokichi Sannomiyacyuuouten 神戸牛鉄板焼き 吉祥吉 三宮中央店 ｜KOBE BEEF TEPPAN‐YAKI KISSHOUKICHI SANNOMIYA‐CHUO] and had a great experience. The food was delicious, and the rice was the best I've ever tried. However, the service was a bit inconsistent. While the staff were friendly, there were some issues with timing. For example, there was a delay in serving the rice and soup, which arrived about 15 minutes after the rest of the meal. Despite this, I would still recommend this restaurant.

Kobe was the last stop of our Japan trip and we went to the restaurant for our anniversary dinner. The restaurant had a great vibe and all the staff were super friendly. We ordered a teppanyaki wagyu course meal and each course was amazing. Our chief, Chiharu, was very nice to introduce every ingredient to us and chatted with us. Knowing it’s our anniversary, the restaurant served our dessert nicely presented with cute bear-shaped wafers. It was such a wonderful experience with the restaurant and we would definitely come back if visit Kobe again!
