This was one of the worst dining experiences my family has ever had in Japan. The restaurant only had one chef serving the entire night, and his behavior was shockingly rude and arrogant. Before entering, I confirmed that bringing a baby was allowed, yet once seated, we were treated with hostility simply because the baby made some sounds. If babies are not welcome, they should reject us at the door—not humiliate us inside.
The chef’s attitude was condescending throughout the meal. He openly showed displeasure when we didn’t follow his exact recommendations, even though every adult ordered a full set meal. The service was not only unfriendly but downright disrespectful.
If you want to waste a fortune just to be insulted and mistreated, this restaurant is the place. Otherwise, stay far away.
