Wonderful experience, the beef is so delicious and tender. My host & chef throughout the meal was Wabi, such a nice guy and very easy to talk to, his English is good. To say this is just receiving cooked food doesn't do it justice. The cooking process is an interactive performance with Wabi centre stage. An experience not to be missed if you're in Kobe. I'd just add that Wabi recommended a Sake to go with the beef, it was the perfect accompaniment.
