We were the only ones in the restaurant and we were dining late for the area, but the chef Fumiya was lovely. He was welcoming and attentive. We went with his recommendations, and the meal was yummy and delicious. I would very highly recommend it, and if I hadn’t travelled across the world, I would be bringing my steak-loving son, daughter, and granddaughter here in a heartbeat ! We had sirloin, and it melted in the mouth along with all the accompaniments. A salad to start followed by a soup. He explained the process of raising the beef and appeared interested in English food as well… even looked up a Yorkshire pudding on his phone. That was a lovely touch, and he appeared a real, genuine guy and a good cook who knows his product and his craft. If in the area, I’d give this restaurant a go; you won’t be disappointed! Enjoy !
