Wir sind auf Empfehlung eines YouTubers auf dieses Restaurant und gestoßen und haben uns für ein Dinner-Menü entschieden. Vor Ort kann man das Fleisch, gegen Aufpreis und wenn verfügbar, auf einen anderen Teil des Kobe Rinds wechseln. Dies haben wir getan, was sich unserer Meinung mach auch sehr gelohnt hat. Das Fleisch ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes und man sollte die Gelegenheit nutzen, dies in einer möglichst unverfälschten Zubereitungsweise (wie eben hier das Tepanyaki) genießen. Wer sich dieses leider doch etwas teurere Fleisch leisten kann, kommt hier auf jeden Fall auf seine Kosten.
Den Service empfanden wir als sehr angenehm, nicht aufdringlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Chapeau!
