My wife was walking past a lovely man outside this restaurant. He was the chef and he helped my wife as she was distressed and couldn’t speak Japanese. He helped her with his friendly hospitality. When I me up with my wife she was so impressed she said “let’s go back for lunch”. We were welcomed in - like being a visitor to their home. We felt like we were treated like royalty. Then, we were treated to the most amazing Kobe steak with accompanying tasty food. We had just the best time - one of the best experiences with our visit to Japan.
