Tout est formidable rien à dire à part allez y les yeux fermés.
Nous nous sommes rendu dans un des restaurants de la « franchises » en pensant que nous avions réservé à cet endroit et non et du coup le cuisinier nous a escorté jusqu’au bon restaurant. Tellement gentil en nous faisant une visite guidée du quartier avec le marché Kuromon.
Ensuite nous avons été accueilli par le chef Sota et sa seconde Kai si gentille et attention formidable.
Nous avons eu l’occasion de manger 2 pièces de bœuf avec les accompagnements et les conseils de Sota.
