We had an amazing meal here. Sota did an amazing job cooking our beef. It is a counter with a grill and he cooked the beef and served it to us in “courses” so every bite was fresh off the grill. He suggested pairing with sauces. My favorite was wasabi and salt, a totally surprising combo for us with Kobe beef. 10oz of premium sirloin was plenty for two people because it is so rich. We also got a set menu of sides (rice, salad and soup.) The staff were fantastic! Highly recommend this restaurant.
