Visiting Osaka from Hong Kong amd tried this teppanyaki beef restaurant. Chef Kai has upgraded my taste about purebred TAJIMAUSHI. The distinctions between "Fillet", "Sirloin" and "Special rare part" were clearly introduced. The beefs were carefully cooked into a pinkish and jucy state.
