Chef Ryo-San is an absolute genius in the kitchen! Her skills are unparalleled, and the way she handles the meat is nothing short of artistry. The steak was cooked to perfection, juicy and flavorful—truly the best I have had in Japan.
Every portion was served at just the right time, allowing us to savor each bite without feeling rushed. The pacing of the meal was impeccable, demonstrating a deep understanding of both culinary timing and guest experience.
If I had to choose my last meal, without a doubt, it would be at this steakhouse with Chef Ryo-San at the helm. It was a fabulous evening filled with perfection in every sense. I cannot recommend Kobe Beef Wanomiya -Kurumon Higashi Branch highly enough!
