I was told that the best Kobe places were off of the main strip, so I went looking for one. When I came across WANOMIYA I knew I had found THE gem I was looking for.
Kai & Rio took care of me the night I came in. The food was exceptional. The beef was cooked perfectly, and high quality. I don't have a single bad thing to say about this place. In fact, it will live in my memory for so many reasons, and will be a must go to restaurant whenever I'm in Osaka.
