I’m sorry to be the one that lowers the scores, but this place sold me a tiny 60g piece of normal lean beef for 20,000 yens. Zero marbling, they insisted it was A5. I’ve had many times A5 in Japan, it’s usually extremely marbled, flavorful, rich and buttery, this was lean and chewy, nothing special, especially given the micro-dose
