I had some of the best Kobe beef of my life! I got the the skewers and the nigiri sampler which included the tough, tender and premium Kobe as well as Tuna and salmon nigiri. It did not disappoint! If you only had to get one thing I would suggest the sampler because it really gives you an idea of the difference in the meat. I loved the tender Kobe because of how tender it was and there was really no chewing necessary but I loved the flavor of the premium. If you are kinda iffy on the raw meat just know it’s not fully raw, they do sear it a bit. They were also very generous with the cut of the fish nigiri and was really tasty as well. I wish we hadn’t waited until our last night to try this place out. We would have definitely came back here more times if we had tried it sooner. It’s worth every penny. The 2 chefs were the only staff members there but they still made us feel welcomed and addressed any questions we had. I wish I had taken pictures of the food but I was in such blissful paradise to even remember to take pictures. I hope to visit this place again next time I’m in Osaka!
