We had dinner at this place since we're interested to try garlic fried rice (ninniku chahan) in their store-front pictures that are supposed to come with Kobe beef cuts. The regular one costs ¥ 1,800, while the one with more premium red medium-raw cuts costs ¥ 4,100. We spent a total of ¥ 6,600 with additional Asahi Super-Dry beer (¥ 700). However, we were very disappointed because the second beef which is supposed to come with red medium-raw cuts were totally over-cooked so there's no way you can taste a difference whether it is actually more premium Kobe Beef. Both plates came with overly done and burnt beef cuts. The fried rice were as usual and portion were really small, so this is surely the biggest tourist trap mistake I had during my Japan trip.
The good review rating at Google Map made me sure that I'll get what I paid for. However, it was really bad experience. The customer services were OK, but cannot cover the fact that I did not get what I paid for. The place is quite small, so not much ambience to talk about. You can pay with V/MC payment cards.
