We were attended by Chef Ishikawa San. An elderly gentleman with great personality and typical of artisanal Japanese who's passionate of his craft. We were not only treated with a performance but also he was keen to educate the food we're eating. Overall a great dining experience and we're keen to explore the other restaurants under it's umbrella. An unforgettable experience 😃
