My husband and I had a wonderful experience tasting Kobe beef steak for the first time. Chef Ishikawa was very attentive and friendly. He cooked the meat to perfection and made recommendations on what condiments to pair it with. Portions of meat were cooked according to your pace of eating and were perfect every time.
