The food is undeniably good. The price is a bit prohibitive but based on the quality of the beef and the work that Ishikawa put into preparing it, we could make an exception to spend a bit more. That said, this is a one-shot deal for me, just as happy with steak at home, so I will only pursue more budget friendly Wagyu options moving forward.
