Just 4 min from our Airbnb, excellent restaurant that serves top notch Kobe beef, no need to go all the way to Kobe since they have an outlet here in osaka. Chef Ishikawa speaks English and explained the different parts of the cow to use. Best garlic rice I have eaten coz he uses the fats of the rare cuts to cook. Highly recommend this place.
