We enjoyed an amazing lunch with Chef Ishikawa. He was warm and spoke good English and explained everything really well. He is a fantastic chef who has been cooking Kobe Beef for 40 years! His love, passion and attention to detail is obvious and adds a layer of flavor to the food! The conversation and the service were also brilliant! And the food... oh my god! You have to taste it to believe it...
