Excited to leave this review for Chef Ishikawa. What a lovely experience! We did not know what to expect coming in but he greeted us with warmth and enthusiasm. He introduced the different choices succinctly and made good suggestions for our family. It was great watching him handle the beef. The beef was delicious as we expected - definitely lived up to the name. We all added the set option and the portion of all the accompanying dishes were a great match to the meat. Thank you for a great dinner!
