Went to eat here after looking at the glowing reviews and it did not disappoint. Ishikawa was the one preparing the food for me and it was spectacular. I followed his recommendation of pairing the kobe beef (I ordered sirloin) with garlic, wasabi (REAL Wasabi, not those horse radish fakes) and rock salt and wow it blew me away. Never thought of such a combination before and I LOVED it. Great chef and great restaurant, highly recommend
