We walked in early one evening and Mr. Ishikawa was quick to sit us even tho we did not have a reservation. His cheerful and excited manner, while he cooked the best premium Kobe beef sirloin I’ve ever had, made the dining experience that much better. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for certified Kobe beef and an excellent time!
