Kitano was our chef and server. He was so attentive and explained to us which part of the beef we got. The Kobe beef was so rich and juicy. I loved it with wasabi and salt or soy sauce. The red miso went so well with all the vegetables. If you want to be indulgent, swap the white rice with the garlic kobe beef fried rice. When it is mixed with miso, it brings out another level of umami.
