This is not my first time having certified Kobe beef (in Japan), Chateaubriand and Sirloin. First, the chef serving us is NOT Local. His serving skill and teppanyaki skill both are not professional enough. The 1 portion of sirloin came in split, not in 1 piece. (Not the separate piece of fat for the hot plate).Chateaubriand doesn't look good to me. Bean sprouts with brownish roots. Soup bowls are plastic!!! Disposable chopsticks!!!
