We visited Kobe Beef Wanomiya during our trip to Osaka and it was truly one of the highlights of our stay. As visitors from abroad who don't speak Japanese, we were a little nervous, but the staff immediately made us feel welcome and took the time to explain the menu and guide us through the different cuts.
The Kobe beef was simply extraordinary; beautifully marbled, incredibly tender, and it melts in your mouth in a way we had never experienced before. Watching the chef Hirashi prepare it on the teppan grill right in front of us made the whole experience even more special.
We ordered the golf combined menu and couldn't fault a single thing. The quality of the beef speaks for itself, and the service matched it perfectly. Not the cheapest meal, but absolutely worth every yen for a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
If you're visiting the Kuromon area in Osaka, do not miss this place. Just make sure to book in advance; it fills up fast and for very good reason!
