This is my first visit to Japan. I had plans to visit Kobe to enjoy he beef. I decided to search google to find top rated Kobe beef restaurants nearby. With skepticism, I decided to visit this restaurant. I have had Kobe beef before. This was a whole new experience. The chef Nakai spoke just enough English to explain everything easily and was very skilled at her craft. She prepared the beef at the recommended medium rare and explained how best to pair each bite with the condiments. The meal was very relaxing and enjoyable. I will definitely be going back on.my return trip to Osaka.
