A.Katuki was our chef and he was what made the experience amazing. He recommended ways to eat the A5 steak, he cooked it to perfection, and he was just so pleasant. Then he ended the night with homemade dessert. He’s been cooking for 50 years so he definitely knows what he is doing. I would definitely go back.
