誕生日のお祝いに家族でランチに行きました。
前菜まではすごくおいしかったのですが、メインのお肉が残念でした。
口の中でスッとトロけるようなお肉を想像していたのですが、スジが多くてなかなか噛み切れず、飲み物で流し込むしかありませんでした。家族のテンションも見るからに下がり、シェフの方に「どうですか？」って自信満々で聞かれて、生返事と苦笑いしか出ませんでした。
神戸牛を初めて食べたので、こんなものなのかどうか基準は分かりませんが、受賞の盾やらなんやらいっぱい飾ってあって期待大きかっただけに、評価はダダ下がりです。
スジ多くて食べにくい、とその場で言えたらよかったのですが、小心者なのでそんなことなかなか言えないです。なので、この口コミにてお伝えさせていただきます。
