The chef knows English which is extremely helpful and so does the serving staff. Both our chef and server were very nice and helpful in explaining the differences between each cut and quality. I tried the lowest quality cut as I had already tried Kobe Beef earlier that day. Even that cut was very good. The marbling was excellent and the beef was cooked perfectly to medium rare. The accompanying vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu were surprisingly filling so you get an adequate meal with your beef. I highly recommend this place.
