Chef Okamura cooked my Kobe beef. He was exceedingly pleasent and cooked the Kobe sirloin to perfection. The space was calm and relatively quiet. I was offered a refill of sauce, garlic and sauce, which was nice. Chef Okamura also recommended me particular combos of sauces/garlic/spices to eat the meat with, which was very useful. My favourite was eating the meat without anything else, and with garlic+salt.
I recommend people to choose a lesser quantity (120g for example) of a more premium meat over a higher quantity (say, 300g) of a less premium meat. You will eat slowly because the food is cooked along the session in the restaurant, so you'll feel full regardless, and this way you'll have a more premium experience. Expect to spend around the equivalent of 100 EUR (at the time of writing) for each beef + other things if you want.
