Traveled halfway around the world and only 20 miles from Kobe, so had to experience premium award winning Tajima-guy Kobe Waygu at the hands of professional artisans skilled to deliver a premium experience. Eriko did an excellent job preparing our filet and rib steak. Each serving of a portion of the steak was meticulously cooked to perfection and plated to ensure a perfect and curated experience with each bite. Not sure I’ll be back soon as I have to save up for another visit, but the experience, atmosphere, and quality was a memorable experience that I’m 💯% glad we made it a priority to do.
