The meat is fantastic - our chef Ishikawa spoke English and gave us the good advice on the choice of meat - the food was perfectly cooked and we had a wonderful experience trying Kobe beef ! Do not hesitate to try it - it is fairly expensive (180 gr of sirloin is 200 euros, 180 gr of chefs recommended piece is 100 euros) but it is worth every cents if you want to try the Kobe beef.
