Chef Hirashi was the best! Kobe beef was cook perfectly to our liking. Don’t forget to upgrade your rice!

S. Kitano is Number 1!

Kitano was our chef and server. He was so attentive and explained to us which part of the beef we got. The Kobe beef was so rich and juicy. I loved it with wasabi and salt or soy sauce. The red miso went so well with all the vegetables. If you want to be indulgent, swap the white rice with the garlic kobe beef fried rice. When it is mixed with miso, it brings out another level of umami.

Chef Hiraishi was super friendly and has lived in Osaka for 50 years. He told us to take photos and videos and helped us to take some group photos as well. Good food and Hiraishi explained what to pair our soy sauce, wasabi, miso sauce, and salt with our steak, veggies, fried rice. Great experience overall :)
