The beef was absolutely incredible. I chose the premium Kobe beef, the flavour was so good I intentionally chewed slower to make it last longer. Mima was an incredible chef and host with great fluency and conversational skills in English. He gave great recommendations throughout on how to best enjoy and experience the selected meats. 10/10 experience and a must do in Osaka!
