Chef Mima took wonderful care of me, my wife and our two teenagers. He made excellent recommendations, paired the meats and condiments, and provided fun conversation. The A5 kobe sirloin 180g, filet 120g, & chateau 120g was more than enough for us to share as a delicious lunch. We are from New York City and enjoy the finest steak houses there — Wolfgangs Park Ave, Bowery Meats, Keens, etc. This is a different experience. There is a touristy feel — think Gallaghers TSQ. Most importantly, the A5 kobe is the star — uniquely melt-in-your-mouth sublime.
