We ordered the lowest cost steak at 6000 yen for 120g and it was truly nothing special. Was no better than a $20 steak at home or a grocery store steak. The actual nice marbled Kobe Wagyu was upwards of 30,000 yen. So overpriced. The street meat we bought for 4000 yen was miles better.
The server was doing his best but he forgot a few items and needed to be reminded. Not the end of the world. If the steak was good and the price was fair I would easily forgive the service.
Definitely my least enjoyable meal in Japan in the last 1.5 weeks. Find a better beef place that doesn't bribe customers for google reviews to falsely inflate their scores. This is NOT a 4.7* restaurant.
