Chef Nakajima prepared a beautiful meal for us, displaying and explaining the different cuts of Kobe we could order prior to us deciding. She paced the cooking process so that we might savour each bite and recommended which accompaniment. The rest of the staff were on hand at all times and very friendly. The steak itself (we had sirloin, rare) was immensely succulent and the fat beautifully crisped to allow for a layered taste which was salty, succulent, meaty and well accompanied by the house red!
