Genuinely the best steak I’ve ever had, and I’ve eaten a lot of steak. The sirloin was so melty soft, perfect temperature. Chef Hiroaki Aiko was so kind and great. The sauces and condiments they send with are just as good as the steak. The miso? Amazing. The wasabi? Perfect. The GARLIC??? I would eat a whole plate. Also, the wait staff during my visit all spoke English! Def come here for a nicer dinner and Kobe steak experience.
