せっかく大阪に来たのだから、一度は体験して見ようという事でやって参りました、｢神戸牛和ノ宮｣。
店員の方も、口髭を生やしたさぞかし重鎮の様な人かと思っていたら、清潔感溢れるシェフがお出迎え。どれもこれも美味しそうで、メニューとにらめっこしていると、懇切丁寧に教えて下さいました。
神戸牛はかなりの高級なブランド牛で値段も張りますが、それでもインバウンド用の値段で営業しないのがお店のポリシーなのだそう。
気軽に話しかけてくれ、かなり緊張が溶けたのを覚えています。
目の前のある鉄板で焼くステーキはそれだけでも美味しい。
その上それが神戸牛。
柔らかく、臭みが一切無く、溢れる旨味を口一杯に堪能する一時。
