I made a reservation for Christmas. Although the restaurant was fully booked, the service provided was exceptional and attentive. I ordered the sirloin and chateaubriand, and the Japanese Wagyu steak, cooked on a hot plate, was exquisite, with the marbled fat being particularly outstanding. As the reservation was made through the concierge at Hotel Monterey, I was treated to complimentary drinks. Chef Suzuki has connections with hotels in Osaka, and given the language skills of the staff and the chef’s performance, I completely understood why the recommendation came from the hotel concierge. I highly recommend this experience.
