Really a fantastic experience, Yuto was excellent. As it was quiet I was able to ask questions about the beef (I chose rib eye) and the cooking. It was cooked to perfection, and I loved that it was served a few pieces at a time, to really savour the experience. Yuto also advised me which sauce to use first. Wonderful lunch!
