Wow experience. Really nice restaurant, very clean and nice ambience. The Chef Aikou Hiroaki made the experience even nicer -he explained how to enhance the taste and mix the flavours. The food was cooked in front of us and it was a spectacle. Nice conversation with the Chef and also the waiter -they both spoke English very well and everyone was very polite. For the 9000 JPY course yiu get a soup, salad, 3 flavours and a large portion of meat. For 800 more JPY you get a lot of vegetables and rice. It is not an expensive restaurant if you take into consideration the quality and the quantity of food received.
