There is a wide selection of beef and cuts to select from. My husband and I chose the tender red meat to share. It was cooked to perfection by Chef Aikou right in front of us. My favourite accompaniment was the onion - simply delicious. Be prepared to spend quite a sum here but it is well worth it.
