I went here this evening because of the reviews on Google and I wasn't disappointed.
Yuka, my Cook, is very good I decide to try the sample of three cut. They all fantastic, but the sirloin was melting in my mouth.
I accepted the suggestion for a medium-rare cook and it was perfect.
Obviously the price correspond to the quality.
