It’s my first time trying Kobe beef, and I wouldn’t trade anything with my first experience here - what’s really amazing here is not the beef itself, it’s the atmosphere and service offered by the manager and our chef, Shuku.
Shuku is very experienced in dealing with Kobe beef, managed to bring out its best flavour (bf had to steal my beef because he didn’t had enough haha). My request is medium rare and he nailed it perfectly!
Highly recommended if you want to have some good Kobe beef in Osaka, and make sure you find Shuku to cook for you. ☺️
